I’m Juan Mendoza, a bilingual real estate broker with RE/MAX Integrity in Medford, Oregon. I have over five years of full-time experience in real estate and have been involved in more than 50 property sales in Oregon.
I serve Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, White City, Grants Pass, and surrounding Southern Oregon communities.

A little about me
I’ve been blessed to call the Rogue Valley home since I was just 4 years old. I was born in a small town called Cuerámaro, in the beautiful state of Guanajuato, Mexico. In 2000, my parents moved our family to Southern Oregon in pursuit of the American dream. More than two decades later, I’m grateful that we get to call this beautiful place home.
Fast-forward to today: I’m happily married to my beautiful wife, Marisela. We’ve been together for over 10 years, and we’re blessed with three wonderful children: our two boys, Israel and David, and our little girl, Isabella.
As a family, we enjoy the simple things in life, whether that’s going for walks, watching a good movie, playing sports, or cooking dinner together. We love living in Southern Oregon, especially getting to experience all four seasons and everything this beautiful area has to offer.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I started my first business venture when I was just 15 years old and have been involved in several businesses over the years. My journey in real estate began with flipping homes, and I’ve been working full-time in real estate since 2021.
What started as a passion for real estate has grown into something much more meaningful. Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families buy, sell, invest, and work toward building generational wealth through real estate.
Southern Oregon has given my family so much, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the community I’ve called home for most of my life. I’d love the opportunity to help you with your real estate goals, too.
