Who we are

This website, ownsouthernoregon.com, is operated by Juan Mendoza, a licensed real estate broker in Oregon (license 201252277) with RE/MAX Integrity, 3539 Heathrow Way #200, Medford, OR 97504.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send through the forms on this website: your name, phone number, email address, and, depending on the form, what you want help with, a property address or area, a price range or payment estimate, property details, your message, and whether you checked the optional text-message box. The form also records which page and language you used.

How your form is handled

Forms on this website are received by Netlify (Netlify Forms), the company that hosts the site. Your submission is then passed automatically through Zapier into Juan's customer relationship management system (kvCORE/BoldTrail, provided through RE/MAX). RE/MAX Integrity may have access to these records for supervision and record keeping. These services keep the information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request and to contact you about your real estate questions, such as sending the homes, payment estimate, or home value information you asked about.

Home search

The home search box and home search links on this website are provided by BoldTrail/kvCORE through Juan's RE/MAX home search site. That service has its own registration, terms and privacy policy. Anything you enter there, such as a sign-up or saved search, is handled by that service.

Phone, text and social links

Call and text links open your own phone app; we receive only the call or message you choose to send. Links to Juan's Facebook and Instagram pages open those websites, which have their own privacy policies. This website does not embed Facebook or Instagram content.

No analytics or tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and does not set tracking cookies. The home search box comes from BoldTrail/kvCORE and may use its own cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

Checking the text-message box on a form is optional. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Juan Mendoza, RE/MAX Integrity, at the number you provided about your real estate inquiry, including messages sent with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Email and calls

When you send a form, you agree that Juan Mendoza may contact you by phone or email about your request. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time by replying to an email, telling us on the phone, or using the contact information below.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, except records we must keep under Oregon real estate law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date below shows the latest version.
